Our Founder & Principal
Stuart A. Noel, born and raised on a farm in rural Missouri, has a diverse and accomplished background marked by service, dedication, and a broad range of professional expertise. Holding degrees in both music (AA) and mathematics/computer science (BS), Stuart has navigated a multi-faceted career path that includes work as an insurance agent, securities broker, and real estate agent.
Since retiring from military service, Stuart has brought his analytical and leadership skills to the real estate and finance sectors, accumulating over a decade of experience as both a real estate investor and a loan broker. His dedication to his work is matched by his commitment to his family. Stuart’s life and career reflect his values of integrity, service, and family, and he brings these values to every endeavor he undertakes.

Karl Noel
Co-Founder
Karl Noel’s career is a testament to his commitment to lifelong learning, hands-on experience, and a deep dedication to serving others. His educational journey began with a focus on engineering at MSSC Joplin, complementing his extensive hands-on experience in various fields.
Karl’s early career spanned a range of diverse roles, from two years in agricultural customer sales, where he honed his ability to connect with and serve rural communities, to various service roles that shaped his leadership and management skills. His time spent cooking at McDonald’s for two years, working at Pronto convenience stores for a year, and progressing from a retail clerk to management over four years provided him with invaluable customer interaction experience.
For the past 39 years, Karl has made a significant impact at SMC Electric Supply, working alongside Plant Managers, CEOs, Owners, Engineers, and various other key stakeholders. His work in designing, building, and programming electrical systems for automated machinery and managing complex projects—ranging from lighting systems to advanced Medium Voltage substation switches—has cemented his reputation as a trusted expert in manufacturing production and maintenance solutions.
In addition to his professional achievements, Karl is a proud father of three sons: Bryant, Chase, and Evan Noel. His early exposure to electronics through the Bell and Howell KC 1979 program further enriched his technical skill set, making him a versatile professional with a wealth of knowledge in both sales and engineering fields. Through his diverse career, Karl exemplifies a lifelong passion for technology, community service, and creating practical solutions for real-world challenges.

Ruben Angel is a business professional with over two decades of experience supporting and growing small businesses. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Robert Morris College in 1997. Following graduation, Ruben began his career as a Staff Accountant, where he spent three years building a strong foundation in financial management and accounting practices.
In 2003, Ruben relocated to the Kansas City area, where he has since dedicated the last 22 years to working closely with small business owners to help manage operations, improve financial performance, and drive sustainable growth. His hands-on approach and broad business knowledge have made him a trusted advisor across multiple industries.
In addition to his consulting and management experience, Ruben is also an entrepreneur and owns several restaurants in the Kansas City metro area, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities of business ownership.

Guillermo Romo is a seasoned general contractor with over 13 years of hands-on experience specializing in multifamily renovation and value-add repositioning projects. He built his business from the ground up—starting with painting and unit cleaning services and scaling it into a full-service construction operation managing eight active crews. Over the course of his career, Guillermo has overseen extensive unit turns and capital improvement programs, developing deep expertise in interior and exterior renovations, common area upgrades, and deferred maintenance remediation for multifamily assets.
Known for his disciplined, execution-focused approach, Guillermo delivers cost-controlled renovations that enhance asset performance while minimizing operational disruption. He brings execution certainty to complex projects through detailed budgeting, efficient scheduling, reliable trade coordination, and hands-on site oversight, with a strong emphasis on timelines, cost control, and quality outcomes. His consistent ability to translate business plans into completed renovations makes him a trusted partner for owners, operators, and investors pursuing predictable results on value-add multifamily investments.
